What is HDI?

HDI provides a platform for dancers to train alongside some of the most famous and experienced Choreographers in the industry. HDI may be in your city in the form of a workshop, camp or intensive.

Do I have to be an experienced dancer to come to HDI?

HDI is aimed at intermediate/advanced dancers. We will push and guide you to be better. We have dancers who come from various training backgrounds but are hungry to learn. Even if you don’t manage to perfect all details of choreography, we guarantee you that the classes will boost your motivation and teach you new skills.

I am booking on with a group, can I get a group discount?

Yes we offer group discounts for groups larger than 10+ people on our 2 day intensives and 7+ people on our 7 day intensives/camps. We do also offer free slots for accompanying teachers. For more information on group discounts, please email, bookings@hdidancecamp.com.

What do I need to bring with me to HDI?

A water bottle is always a great idea, along with a towel or change of clothes – it can get pretty sweaty!

How do I make payment?

Each event will have an online Credit Card payment payment option.  Payment must be made in full by the deadline date shown on each event.  If you would prefer to pay by cash, it is important that you email us at bookings@hdidancecamp.com.

Terms & Conditions and Payment Policies


A non-refundable / non-transferable deposit is required to secure a place at HDI Dance Camps and other HDI Workshops worldwide. The deposit amount for each event will vary. Please refer to your chosen event for specific details.

The final balance is due 7 days prior to each HDI Dance Camp you have booked – please email bookings@hdidancecamp.com to make our administration team aware.

HDI Dance Camp does not provide refunds on tickets. If a participant wishes to cancel their place at HDI Dance Camp, they will need to sell their place to someone else, excluding their deposit. You must email bookings@hdidancecamp.com to inform HDI Dance Camps of your cancellation and the information of the person you are selling your place to.

To take advantage of our early bird prices, full payment must be paid by the deadline date before 11pm (GMT).


HDI Dance Camp prides themselves in selecting incredible faculty for our events. Due to the high demand of some choreographers, their busy schedule may sometimes interfere with HDI Dance Camp at the last minute. If a faculty member chooses to cancel their position at HDI Dance Camp due to unforeseen circumstances, HDI Dance Camp cannot be held liable or responsible for these decisions. If any changes to the faculty are made, the team at HDI Dance Camp will strive to rectify the change and provide a replacement deemed fit. No monies will be refunded if a participant wishes to now not attend due to a choreographer cancellation.

In the unlikely event that a HDI event must be cancelled or postponed due to unforeseen circumstances such as choreographer cancellation, or under minimum number bookings, HDI Dance Camp reserves the right to make changes up to four (4) weeks prior to the event starting date – whether that be cancellation or moving of event date.

Unfortunately for some this may mean personal monies have already been spent in preparation for the event. Please contact bookings@hdidancecamp.com if you would choose to discuss this issue with one of our Directors.
